Trauma Processing

Using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to engage the triune brain (thoughts, emotions and sensations) in fully processing past or recent trauma impacting present life. 

Intensive Work

Longer EMDR sessions multiple times per week allows clients the opportunity to make rapid progress towards  feeling better and reaching therapeutic goals.
