I have a genuine enthusiasm for learning from my clients and take pleasure in working with individuals from diverse backgrounds. As a therapist, my primary objective is to provide a safe, supportive, and encouraging space for you to embark on a journey of self-discovery. I am here to guide you as you gain valuable insights that will enable you to embrace an authentic and truer version of yourself. Individuals aged 16 and above are warmly welcomed to engage in therapy with me.

Our therapeutic journey begins exactly where you are, and we employ a comprehensive approach to healing that integrates somatic (body), cognitive-behavioral (emotions), and EMDR (whole brain) therapies. This holistic approach allows us to address the various dimensions of your well-being. I provide the necessary space and tools to guide you in uncovering your authentic truth.

Culture, family background, and spirituality serve as essential foundations for individuals. As a psychotherapist, I am aware of my privilege as a white woman belonging to the majority culture. I approach my work with a stance of cultural humility, actively confronting my implicit and explicit biases. Recognizing that culture is an integral part of our personal narratives, I acknowledge that it also plays a significant role in our therapeutic journey.

For clients seeking to address trauma in an expedited manner, I offer EMDR Intensives. These intensive sessions, lasting 100 minutes, are conducted twice a week. Through the comprehensive eight-phase EMDR process, we aim to alleviate symptoms and delve into the core issues that have kept you feeling stagnant. If you are interested in exploring this approach further, please don't hesitate to reach out to me for more information and to determine if it aligns with your needs.
